Developing a system for us to estimate electronically has given our customers many benefits.  Including:

  • No need to take time off of work or running errands to receive estimates
  • No need to deal with contractors who are late or don’t show up.
  • Be on your own time.  We can communicate electronically around your busy day.
  • New features are soon to come as we continue to adapt to your needs!

To help understand our online estimating process, review the below outline.

  1. Research. You read a bit about Lead Dog and chose to trust us with your needs list.
  2. Complete the form. You complete our easy online form (or call us) to provide basics about your property.
  3. Request Received. We review the request, photos provided and may check other resources to develop your estimate.  Please allow a few hours or the following ‘work day’ if we are not in the office.  Additional information or photos may be requested to best serve you.
  4. Estimate. Lead Dog provides you an estimate by email that has an option to approve or decline.  Some services or scenarios may require an at-home review.
  5. Schedule. We reach out with available dates by email or phone where you can chose a day for service.  Our services typically do not require you to be home.
  6. Service. Lead Dog cleans your property.
  7. Relationship. Our goal is to be a resource homeowners can turn to.
